About Me

I am an acting coach and filmmaker originally from Los Angeles, with three decades of experience in the entertainment industry.
My clients have worked on major studio and network projects, including CW, NBC, Freeform, Disney+, Warner Bros, and Lionsgate, to name a few!
My unique set of skills were shaped by my extensive background in acting, producing, writing, directing and running a production company where I’ve produced and developed over a dozen projects. This has given me insider information into the ins and outs of the film industry that I will pass onto you. I will help you be the best that you can be by teaching you how to draw inspiration from your own unique personality and life experiences. This way, you can leave a lasting impression with industry professionals, improve your booking ratio and have a long and satisfying career.

About my coaching

I’m here to show you how to get out of your own way, so you can trust your instincts and connect with others.

For those who are looking to improve their craft!
I offer private coaching and group classes to help you deliver the most authentic performance possible. My job is to cut through the clutter, help you find your most true self, and then teach you how to access it every time you need it. I strive to create an environment in which you can feel comfortable to fall and try again, because your only competition is the one you have with yourself.

For those who are looking to improve their booking!
I offer career consultations to help you pinpoint what in your marketing presentation may be hurting your chances of getting an agent / manager or more auditions. You will only see satisfying results in your acting career when you strategically craft a game plan and consistently carry it out. I can help you create that.

For those who are looking for a roadmap…
I will introduce you to my signature “Plan A(cting) One Sheet” designed to simplify your scene breakdown and auditioning needs. I’ve condensed 3 decades of experience into 14 comprehensible points that will help you focus on what is going to get you in the room and make you leave a lasting impression.

Here are a few things that my teaching encompasses:
Properly breaking down a script, tapping into your emotions and communicating them clearly, committing to your character, mastering cold reading, auditioning and navigating the self-taping process, taking direction, professionalism… and most importantly, how to build off of your own uniquenesses.

If you want to watch others work, rent a movie or see a play!
My class is four hours long with a limited number of students, and everyone gets to work. Acting is like a muscle that needs exercise to stay in shape, so that we’re always ready for an opportunity that may arise.

I bring industry guests to my class!
I bring casting directors, agents, managers, producers, directors, and other experienced actors to help expand your industry perspective.

Elizabeta has fantastic instincts for working with actors. She knows the business of acting from all perspectives: the actor, the camera, the director, and the producer. She understands the art of auditioning and the realities of actually bringing the character to life on the job.

SUSIE MAINS Talent Manager

Elizabeta leads from the front with tremendous skill, technique and vision. Her ability to help others achieve their potential and beyond is why the industry sees her as a true expert in her field. Her skill as a teacher and leader are well worth any investment.

Elizabeta Vidovic is one of the finest professionals that I've met in this industry. She is only at your service to raise your performance to the most authentic place possible. Trust and selflessness in a coach is most important, and that's why anyone who works with Elizabeta will benefit.

ADAM HUSS Actor / Producer (Power, General Hospital)

Elizabeta Vidovic is a force in the industry that I would work with again and again. I have never met a more dedicated woman that not only has a soft strength in her leadership, whether it be on set as a producer or in a scene as an actor, but her commitment to what she does is unparalleled.

JOANNA KE Actor / Writer / Producer

Elizabeta has a wonderful way of communicating with actors. On set she was attentive, clear in her vision, and also flexible, which allowed us to cultivate our personal touches to our characters. She is warm, deep, and has an excellent sense of humor.

The class is capped at 10 students.

Yes! In order to be a fantastic actor, you must train on regular basis. You will not get a six pack by watching someone else do sit-ups! Yes, watching others work also helps your craft a great deal, but you will do that every week regardless. You never just come in to do your scene and then leave. The environment we strive to create is non-competitive, supportive and fun, but also intense and challenging.

We use cold reading to get actors out of their head and into their gut. Acting is not an intellectual process. It is an emotional process. Yes, you will go through the technical process of breaking down the script, but we teach to never “plan” your performance. Much like improv, cold reading forces you to stay in the moment, boosts your creativity, asks you to trust yourself, and reminds you that you must really listen — which is one of the most important things in acting and one of the hardest skills to achieve. So no… we do not give you scenes to take home, but after you give this a try, you’re not going to want to anyway!

We never discourage from any techniques brought in by students. However, if what you are practicing has gotten you in your head, prevented you from trusting yourself, kept you from being organic and unpredictable, we can help rejuvenate your approach. Our class can bring you back to your unique self and remind you why you started doing this in the first place.

Absolutely! We created a 14-point scene study breakdown so that everyone can better understand the work they are about to take on. That being said, we teach you how to leave that homework at the door.

Plan A(cting) is unique because the classes are kept small so that each actor is allotted a generous amount of time to work and receive individual instruction every class. In order to maintain this, we have a monthly flat-rate tuition and are unable to offer proration for any missed classes (even for bookings).

Don’t be late! That’s just building a bad foundation for yourself. You will simply miss out as we offer lots of information about the business of acting in the first hour of the class. However, we understand that things happen, so if you have to be late, please text or email our coordinator the moment you know you’ll be late so that we can rearrange our scene order accordingly.

Absolutely! The business of acting is hardly ever taught and acting, much like any other business, must be treated as such if you want to book. That is why we offer career coaching on a monthly basis, as well as private career coaching anytime it works for you. We look at your marketing package and help you develop your own personalized strategy so that you can get out there confidently, get a great agent / manager, and get more work.

We work hard to create an environment built on safety and trust; where actors feel uninhibited, free to fall on their faces as they stretch and grow. Our concern is that having people come in to observe the class could not only set actors into a “performance” frame of mind, it could also undermine the environment we’ve worked so hard to build. For these reasons, we don’t allow auditing. We do, however, offer a free 30-minute consultation where coach Elizabeta Vidovic explains the nature and the workings of the class as well as evaluating your work/acting career. Also, the class is set up on a pay-as-you-go basis, so you are not locked into any class commitment.

The demand is growing and we want to give everyone a fair chance to get in our program! We do offer an option to put a deposit down to secure your spot, so if you are serious about your commitment, there is no need to not jump on the opportunity to sign up the moment you have a chance.

The classes are month to month and there is no further commitment. If you don’t respond to the teaching, you are not required to continue past that!
