About Our Coaching

Our mission is to provide the complete training you need — from mastering the craft to booking the room and building a sustainable career. All under one roof.

We focus on three areas:

1. Elevate Your Craft (Group Classes & Private Coaching)
Hone your instrument in a supportive yet demanding environment. Our approach cuts through the clutter to help you uncover your most authentic, compelling self — and then teaches you how to access it on command. This is a space to take risks, where your only competition is the actor you were yesterday.

2. Master the Audition (Private Coaching)
Auditioning is its own discipline. We demystify the process with direct, actionable feedback. We work to ensure you walk into every opportunity with specific, playable choices — so you can always book the room.

3. Build Your Career (Private Coaching)
If the calls aren't coming, the issue is often strategy, not talent. We provide clear career diagnostics to strengthen your professional presentation — from headshots and reels to your industry strategy. We'll create a targeted path to get you seen by the right people.

A Note on Our Group Classes
In an industry where crowded classes are often the norm — with the promise that "watching is learning”— we hold a different standard. True craft is built through deliberate practice, not passive observation.

That’s why every class we lead is intentionally small and every session is a full four hours. This structure isn't an accident; it's a guarantee. A guarantee that you will not just attend, but actively work. You will perform, receive direct feedback, and apply it immediately — because acting is a muscle that requires consistent, focused exercise.

When an unexpected audition or opportunity arises, you should feel prepared, not panicked. That confidence is built in the space to try, to fail, to adjust, and to succeed. Here, you earn that space every single week.

The class is capped at 12 students.

Yes! In order to be a fantastic actor, you must train on a regular basis. You will not get a six-pack by watching someone else do sit-ups! Yes, watching others work helps your craft a great deal, but you will do that every week regardless. You never just come in to do your scene and then leave. The environment we strive to create is non-competitive, supportive and fun, but also intense and challenging.

We use cold reading to get actors out of their head and into their gut. Acting is not an intellectual process. It is an emotional process. Yes, you will go through the technical process of breaking down the script, but we teach to never “plan” your performance. Much like improv, cold reading forces you to stay in the moment, boosts your creativity, asks you to trust yourself, and reminds you that you must really listen — which is one of the most important things in acting and one of the hardest skills to achieve. So no… we do not give you scenes to take home, but after you give this a try, you’re not going to want to anyway!

We never discourage from any techniques brought in by students. However, if what you are practicing has gotten you in your head, prevented you from trusting yourself, kept you from being organic and unpredictable, we can help rejuvenate your approach. Our class can bring you back to your unique self and remind you why you started doing this in the first place.

Absolutely! We created a 14-point scene study breakdown so that everyone can better understand the work they are about to take on. That being said, we teach you how to leave that homework at the door.

Plan A(cting) is unique because the classes are kept small so that each actor is allotted a generous amount of time to work and receive individual instruction every class. In order to maintain this, we have a monthly flat-rate tuition and are unable to offer proration for any missed classes (even for bookings).

Don’t be late! That’s just building a bad foundation for yourself. You will simply miss out as we offer lots of information about the business of acting in the first hour of the class. However, we understand that things happen, so if you have to be late, please text or email our coordinator the moment you know you’ll be late so that we can rearrange our scene order accordingly.

Absolutely! The business of acting is hardly ever taught and acting, much like any other business, must be treated as such if you want to book. That is why we offer career coaching on a monthly basis, as well as private career coaching anytime it works for you. We look at your marketing package and help you develop your own personalized strategy so that you can get out there confidently, get a great agent / manager, and get more work.

We work hard to create an environment built on safety and trust; where actors feel uninhibited, free to fall on their faces as they stretch and grow. Our concern is that having people come in to observe the class could not only set actors into a “performance” frame of mind, it could also undermine the environment we’ve worked so hard to build. For these reasons, we don’t allow auditing. We do, however, offer a free 30-minute consultation where coach Elizabeta Vidovic explains the nature and the workings of the class as well as evaluating your work/acting career. Also, the class is set up on a pay-as-you-go basis, so you are not locked into any class commitment.

The demand is growing and we want to give everyone a fair chance to get in our program! We do offer an option to put a deposit down to secure your spot, so if you are serious about your commitment, there is no need to not jump on the opportunity to sign up the moment you have a chance.

The classes are month to month and there is no further commitment. If you don’t respond to the teaching, you are not required to continue past that!
